Our celebration will feature both indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for a daytime wedding!

Attire: Sunday best. Spring colors are happily encouraged! The ceremony will take place in a covered outdoor area and the reception will be indoors. Temperature is anticipated to be 75+°F. More below in FAQ section.

Accommodations: With a morning wedding, it’s a good idea to stay close to the venue the night before! The nearby town of Georgetown is located 25 minutes to the venue. See below.

Airport: Nearest airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) at 3600 Presidential Blvd, Austin, TX 78719. It is approximately a 1 hour drive from The Vineyard at Florence or 40 minutes from the recommended hotel below.

While the nearby town of Georgetown offers many hotel options, we love this one!

FAQs

  • Take the first left into the parking lot after turning into the entrance. Then, follow the sidewalk to the left for a building named the Ella Amore. You do not need to enter through the main vineyard building or restaurant, or go through any gates. Please use this photo guide.

    Grab a refreshment or coffee and have a seat! Ceremony will start promptly at 11:00am.

  • Think a "dressy, relaxed, casual" look, including flowing or midi dresses for women and button downs for men.

    No need for tux, suits, ties, ballgowns, or cocktails dresses.

    Nice blue jeans and boots are totally acceptable!

    Spring represents joy and love, so it's all about florals and light/pastel shades of green, pink, blue, purple, orange, and beige.

  • The shuttle bus will leave the Sheraton Hotel at approx. 10:00am on Sunday, and will return from the wedding venue at approx. 4:15pm.

  • Yes. While we absolutely adore the kids in our lives, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration due to venue and vineyard limitations. We truly appreciate your understanding!
